Kelly is a passionate and adept Growth Marketer with over a decade of international work experience – working across over 20 markets; from her birthplace in New Zealand to the UK and across Europe, the USA based in San Francisco and Asia based in Singapore.
Starting her career with degrees in Computer Science and Marketing, she grew through traditional brand management roles in Media companies such as Bauer Media and TVNZ to find her passion for Customer Growth Strategy at Vodafone. It was at Vodafone that Kelly worked across every major European market to grow customer value; leading the implementation of large scale transformation projects designed to improve acquisition, retention and ongoing development of the customer base.
Kelly then went on to work in Asia for SingTel Group; forging Strategic Alliances and Partnerships designed to foster innovation and new business growth. To indulge her creative side she then joined DDB Sydney to lead the direct communication strategy and delivery for large Telco and IT clients.
Upon relocating to San Francisco, Kelly decided to expand her horizons and took on a property development project bringing a 100 year old house into the modern day. She also worked with Wellington City Council in New Zealand to foster better business and civil ties organisations and institutions in the city of San Francisco.
Throughout all these roles, Kelly has tended to specialize in the B2B segments – from SME’s through to Corporate and Government. She is highly analytical and enjoys creative problem solving. Kelly loves a new challenge and even more than that, loves the buzz of seeing results.
